60-day policy 

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

• Check-in - after 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out - before 11:00 a.m.
• Maximum overnight guests: 22
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• Children allowed: ages 0-17
• Pets allowed: up to 3 dogs of any size
• No events allowed
• No smoking allowed (inside)

Completed rental documents including detailed guest info, vehicle info, and copies of identification will be required prior to check-in.

• Cleaned with disinfectant
• All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60ºC/140ºF
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)

• Cleaning fee: $425
• Pet fee: $100
